Brian Carlson – PGA Brand Ambassador

Brian Carlson is excited to join the TBF Jupiter team as our Brand Ambassador. He will proudly represent TBF Jupiter Warranty on the PGA Korn Ferry and Americas Tour. As Brian travels and competes, he brings his relentless drive and passion for the game to each event. About Brian

Early Beginnings

Brian’s love for golf started when his father took him to Clinton Country Club at a young age. By age 10, he was competing in Connecticut Section PGA nine-hole events. He quickly improved, setting a course record at Clinton CC and winning two New England Junior Amateur titles in 2012 and 2013.

College Career

Brian attended Purdue University, where he continued to excel in golf. Despite facing challenges like swing yips, he persevered and achieved successes such as winning the John Hayt Invitational and earning All-Big Ten second team honors. His college experience prepared him well for his professional career.

Professional Journey

Since turning pro, Brian has shown his talent on various tours. Some highlights include:

  • 2022 Canadian Tour Champion at Prince Edward Island
  • Shooting a 10-under 60 at the Canada Life Open, leading to a T2 finish.
  • Finishing 16th on the Mackenzie Tour money list in 2019.
  • Performing well on the Local iQ Series and Forme Tour, consistently making cuts and finishing high on money lists.

Challenges and Resilience

The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted the golf schedule, but Brian adapted by competing in the Local iQ Series and maintaining his form on the Forme Tour. His journey through Korn Ferry Q-School has taught him the importance of staying focused and present.

Looking Ahead

Brian’s drive continues as he aims to reach new heights in his golfing career. His role as a Brand Ambassador for TBF Jupiter Warranty and his affiliation with the PGA tour reflect his commitment to excellence. Brian remains dedicated to improving his game and achieving his PGA Tour dreams.

Recent Ventures

Brian Carlson and Stuart Macdonald recently took part in a “closest to the pin” challenge before a @CFLREDBLACKS game. Not your average 60 yard shot, they hit off the football turf field and entertained the crowd with their golfing skills. Check out the video here.
